The award-winning eco-retrofitted 1920s bungalow and organic gardens at 60 Te Aroha Street, was the first eco friendly property renovation by Groundwork Associates. This space was a wonderful home for our own consultancy team for 15 years and we shared this great space with others by offering a seperate venue service, known as The Greenspace. Our need for space changed in 2021 and we moved. We are delighted that the 60 Te Aroha Street property now serves as headquarters for the national enviro schools programme. Sentinel Cafe and Meeting Rooms are taking our venue bookings and providing catering at their central Hamilton locations.
Groundwork Associates Limited and The Greenspace continue to work in eco-renovation, ecosystem restoration and sustainable agriculture.
